Breeze Airways, a discount carrier, has announced its plans to start flying to Newark, adding to its existing operations in the New York metro area. The airline will initially offer twice-weekly service between Newark and Charleston, W.V., with onward flights to Orlando, starting from November 14th.

Newark will join Breeze’s network of airports in the New York catchment area, which includes Westchester County Airport in White Plains, Long Island MacArthur Airport in Islip, and Stewart Airport in Orange County. This move marks Breeze’s entry into one of the primary airports in the region, allowing it to reach a larger audience of travelers.

In addition to Newark, Breeze has also revealed plans to launch flights from four other cities. These include Daytona Beach, Fla.; Erie, Pa.; South Bend, Ind.; and Wilmington, N.C. The airline will offer a range of routes from each of these new locations, connecting them to popular destinations across the country.

From Daytona Beach, Breeze will fly to Westchester County, Hartford, Raleigh-Durham, and Providence. The service from Erie will be to Orlando, while South Bend will have flights to Orlando and Fort Myers. Wilmington will be connected to Hartford, Orlando, Fort Myers, and Providence. All routes from these new airports will be operated twice weekly, providing travelers with more options for their journeys.

Breeze Airways’ expansion into Newark and other new destinations demonstrates the airline’s commitment to growth and accessibility for passengers. By adding Newark to its network and introducing multiple routes from different cities, Breeze is poised to increase its presence in the competitive airline industry. Travelers can look forward to more choices and convenient connections as Breeze continues to expand its reach.
